Your permit was refused: what to do

If your permit is refused or withdrawn, you have 6 weeks from the decision to object (bezwaar) and, after that, you can appeal to the court. Here are the steps, when to do it with a lawyer, voluntary departure and what the rulings show about the cases that are won and lost.
