RutaCuracao is a personal, independent project: it does not belong to any law firm or government body.

Where the money comes from
The only source of income is the optional chat question pack. The first 3 questions each day are free; if you need more, you can buy 20 for $4 or 60 for $10, as a one-off PayPal payment. The conditions are in Terms and refunds.
Everything else is free and unlimited: the procedure pages, the forms and their filling guides, the articles and the case law.
What we do not accept
RutaCuracao takes no money from lawyers, agents or insurers, does not charge anyone to appear on the site or to be recommended, and has no ads. When a lawyer is needed, it points to the official directory of the Orde van Advocaten, not to a particular firm.
What happens to your data
Google Analytics only runs if you accept it, and it is used to count visits. What is stored, where and for how long is in the privacy policy.
If this changes
If the way the site is funded changes, this page will say so, with a date.
