176 real Rechtspraak (Curaçao courts) rulings on immigration cases were read in full. This table shows, by case type, how many were won by the foreign national versus the government.
How to read this table. These are rulings published between 2011 and 2026 by the Court of First Instance of Curaçao (OGEAC) and the Joint Court of Justice (OGHACMB), including Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten cases under the same law. It is the success rate in litigation: people who already received a refusal and went to court. It is not the approval probability for someone who follows the procedure correctly from the start; those cases almost never reach a court. "Mixed" means the court agreed only in part. With fewer than 5 cases we show no percentage. The full list of the 176 rulings (Spanish), each linked to its original text, is public.
