1. Consulate of Venezuela in Curaçao
The Venezuelan consulate is fully operational, but service is strict and exclusively by appointment.

- Passport Process: You must be registered in the Consular Registry. Appointments must be requested through the central SAIME website. There is no "express passport" abroad, and the document arrives via diplomatic pouch, which can take 2 to 4 months on average.
