Hospitalityonline -- if you're looking for work in hotels, restaurants, or tourism (the island's sector with the most openings).

The legal part that changes your whole plan

This isn't optional or a minor bureaucratic detail: in Curaçao, it's your EMPLOYER who must first apply for the work permit (tewerkstellingsvergunning) with the Ministry of Labor (SOAW) -- you can't process it yourself, and you can't legally start working before that permit is approved. If you're on the island on a tourist visa: you are explicitly prohibited from working, with no exception for "while the paperwork is sorted out." It's not a gray area.

Why informal ("under the table") work is riskier than it looks

You have no legal recourse if you don't get paid or get exploited -- an informal arrangement can't be enforced before any authority without exposing your own immigration status.
It can hurt a future application. If you later try to regularize your status, working without a permit is itself an immigration violation (Landsverordening Arbeid Vreemdelingen) -- it's not neutral, it's a mark against you.
The employer who hires you informally knows YOU carry all the risk, not them -- that usually means worse conditions, not better ones.

The correct route, in order

Get a real job offer (using the sites above).
Ask that employer to start the work permit process with SOAW BEFORE you start working.
While it's pending (up to 4 months), don't work -- not for that employer or anyone else.
Only once the permit is approved does your residence permit get processed.
