Si presenta la solicitud un apoderado (no tú mismo), debe adjuntar también una autorización firmada y una copia de su identificación. Vas a recibir una confirmación de recepción por el mismo correo -- guárdala como comprobante. Rib'e Lugá es la EXCEPCIÓN: ese trámite se hace en el portal www.ribeluga.cw, no por correo.
- Escribe un asunto claro en el correo (ej. 'Solicitud VTTV - [tu nombre completo]') para que se procese más rápido.
- Adjunta los archivos con nombres descriptivos (ej. 'pasaporte.pdf', 'acta_nacimiento.pdf') en vez de nombres genéricos tipo 'scan001.pdf'.
