🕒 Decision time

The official website states 2 business days to pick up the document, but the official form you sign promises a decision within up to 1 week (literal text in Dutch: 'binnen 1 week een beslissing'). Plan your trip assuming the longer period (1 week) to be safe.

   You need 1 recent passport-style photo (light background, no dark glasses, taken within the last 6 months) -- you can get one at any photo studio or pharmacy offering ID photo services in Willemstad. Add it to: copy of passport, copy of flight ticket, and proof of payment.

2. 2. Submit IN PERSON at the counter (the only exception to digital submission, because of the photo).

  Formulario 910. Es la orden de pago que usas en el banco Maduro & Curiel's (MCB) para pagar las tarifas del trámite ANTES de enviar tu solicitud. Es solo una casilla que marcas según tu trámite -- el monto ya viene fijo, no lo calculas tú.

  Aanvraagformulier Bewijs van Terugkeer / Re-entry permit application

  Es el permiso que necesitas si vas a salir de Curazao temporalmente y quieres garantizar tu reingreso sin perder tu estatus de residencia. Es el trámite MÁS RÁPIDO del sitio: decisión en solo 1 semana.

  Section 1 — Motivo de la solicitud: Es una frase fija: 'El abajo firmante peticiona la emisión de un permiso de regreso' -- no hay que redactar nada, solo firmar.

  Section 2 — Datos del comprobante de pago: Fecha de depósito y monto (XCG 225, ya fijo).

  Section 3 — Datos personales, destino y viaje: Apellido, nombres, nacionalidad, destino del viaje, número de tu solicitud/petición, número FMSCRV, fecha del viaje, teléfono, fecha de vencimiento de tu permiso actual, y si ya sometiste una solicitud de extensión, la fecha en que la sometiste.

• This is the ONLY application on this site that can/must be submitted in person instead of online, precisely because of the physical photo.
